Men's Clothing And Influence They feel great! I did feel like I worked out my calves a bit more, but it wasn't painful. I do not like jumping in them though - a certain amount of calisthenics (jumping jacks, etc) hurt my shins. Other than that, I'm glad I got them - I wear them to go jogging, and since I'm a beginner when it comes to running, it's great to have the right kind of support for your feet! Keeps me motivated!
